Fault Finding and Repair
Matt came to look at the intermittent fault with three of my kitchen LED lights this morning, that have been flickering from dull to full light for the last month or so, although the last three days they've been working OK.
Matt looked into the problem and he said it's likely to be a faulty transformer. He took photos of the transformer and the lights and told me as they seem to be working OK now, he'll be able to look at getting any necessary parts to fix the issue from the photos he took if the fault occurs again.
He told me to contact him if it happens again and also said there would be no charge today, which I think shows what a sound reputable guy he is.
